Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

Order cut-off time is 11:00am. All orders after 11:00am will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Evri Next Day Delivery. This is an express, fully tracked service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is 100% free on all orders.
There are no hidden fees, minimum purchase requirements, or additional charges for express delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Evri Next Day Delivery: 1 working day after dispatch.
    While most parcels arrive on time, delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside the UK at this time.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with Evri to resolve the issue promptly.
